Although Grand Canyon Railway & Hotel sends out several hundred donation certificates a year, we still receive many more requests than we are able to fulfill. Because we recognize that all causes are important, we have developed a program to fairly distribute available certificates to domestic non-profit 501(c)(3) groups and organizations, effective January 1, 2019.
Within 3 days after the 1st and 15th of each month, we have our own raffle and randomly select several causes that will receive a certificate. Requests can only be submitted by completing the donation request form below and must be received a minimum of six (6) weeks prior to your event. Please, no phone calls, e-mails, faxes, USPS-mailed requests, or walk-ins.
After each drawing, the selected organizations will receive an email informing them of their status. The chosen organizations will be contacted by email only concerning their request. Only one request per rolling 12 month period per organization is permitted. If you do not receive an e-mail by the 11th or 25th of the month in which you made your request, you may assume that your organization was not selected in the drawing and you are welcome to reapply after 12 months.
